We are in Poznań preparing to depart with our PKP InterCity to Leszno (and on to Wrocław in TTR160). To recap – this is PKP InterCity TLK56102. The time is 09.23 and we are on our way to Leszno, Rawicz and Wrocław. The locomotive is an EP07 number 1009. Perhaps we have just timed it right as there is a lot of freight about as we head south – quite a lot of is wagonload- originating from rail served facilities along the line to Leszno. Leszno is an important junction station and especially a crew / traction changing point for PKP Cargo. If you are on a visit – perhaps to see the steam trains at Wolsztyn- you will see far more freight here than at Poznań as it all has to go through the station, no by-pass! Filmed in HD.
