Returns
Faulty items If an item is found to be faulty or incorrect please contact us to arrange a return. If the item is faulty a replacement will be sent, if the item is not what you ordered, the correct one will be sent.
If you are unhappy with a product it can be returned to us (in mint condition) within 14 days for a refund. Returning items is at the consumer's cost. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery. Please include your name, address, order number and reason for return.
